Dorchester appoints new directors May 22nd, 2008 Dorchester Pacific has announced in a statement to the NZX that it had appointed investment banker John Gosney as an independent director and had appointed former Holeproof Industries Managing Director Paul Byrnes as an executive director. The move follows the decision of Dorchester Pacific Chief Executive Andrew Walker to leave to work with Kevin Podmore’s Auguste Holdings.
